1. Service Description

AskHundred provides an AI-powered market research simulation service. Users submit questions that are answered by AI-generated personas. Results are simulations, not certified market research.

2. Account & Access

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• Free accounts receive 3 tests with 30 personas each
• Paid plans provide additional tests and full 100-persona panels
• You are responsible for maintaining account security

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use AskHundred for:

• Generating hateful, discriminatory, or violent content
• Creating content involving minors inappropriately
• Harassment targeting real identifiable persons
• Illegal activities or fraud
• Automated mass testing (rate limits apply)

We reserve the right to block tests that violate these terms.

4. AI Disclaimer

Results generated by AskHundred are AI simulations. They do not represent the opinions of real people. While we strive for realism and diversity, results should be used as directional guidance, not as definitive market research. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our results.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your questions and uploaded content
• AI-generated responses are not copyrightable
• Public test results may be visible to other users
• The AskHundred brand, code, and design are our property

6. Payment & Refunds

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You can cancel anytime from the customer portal
• No refunds for partially used months
• Credits do not roll over between months

7. Limitation of Liability

AskHundred is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
